THE HOUSE

This modern and luxury house is built with exotic woods as well as California Cedar adapting perfectly to the tropical garden and the lagoon .

Furnitures are made of Borneo Bamboo and the flooring of Tasmanian Oak with a total surface area of 1100 Sq.ft or 100 Sqm.

This house features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 large living room opened on a spacious inviting terrace,with a fantastic unobstructed view on the lagoon and the surrounding islands.

The living room is particularly roomy thanks to an open concept and a cathedral ceiling.

Numerous glass sliding doors and windows offer a world class exclusive view on the beautiful lagoon of Bora Bora from sunrise to sunset !

The house has 2 bedrooms and can accomodate up to 5 guests.

The master bedroom is widely open into the living room and allow to watch at the lagoon from a king sized bed

The smaller guest bedroom has A/C and TV with DVD player and SAT receiver.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with numerous high quality electric appliances. Hot and cold water.

The bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling with top designer furnitures. Hot and cold water.

TERRACE-LANAI-BALCONY

The large terrace overlooks the lagoon and is one of the best place to rest on one of the two comfortable lounges chairs with a good book, to dine al fresco with your loved one or with a bunch of friends after an exciting day spent exploring the island of Bora Bora.

The GARDEN

The house is surrounded by a gorgeous tropical garden maintained at its best by a dedicated onsite gardener.

From the house a stairway meanders through the garden around lava rocks, palm trees, fire trees, avocado trees, giant mango trees, jasmin and grape fruit plants till it reaches the little private sandy beach.

The BEACH

During their stay at MANUREVA House our guests are granted a free access to our little private sandy beach with its shallow waters.

A boardwalk leads directly to the deep -10 feet- warm turquoise waters and the coral rocks with abundant colourful tropical fish.

The standard is 220V / 60 Hz AC with round European-style plugs. When coming from the USA you need to bring a foreign plug adapter for Continental Europe to use a socket.
