Rates depend mostly on :
- Season, varies with the number of inquiries and booking for a particular period of time
- Occupancy, i.e. the number of people in the house during the rental
- Length of stay, the longer you stay the cheaper daily rate you get
- Time between booking and arrival, the earlier you book the better rate you get
- Currency exchange rate, the official currency in French Polynesia is the French Pacific Franc -XPF or CFP-
The XPF is linked to the Euro currency at the fixed rate of EUR1=XPF119. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
All rates below are given in USD -Unites States Dollars- Sale taxes and Lodging taxes apply.

For rental less than 2 weeks - please add a one time $120 for opening and final cleaning and laundry
Booking procedure :
1- Once we agree upon availability and rate and to secure your booking you need to make a deposit
of 33% of the total amount of the rental by money transfer from your bank to our account.
This deposit is NOT refundable. For bookings made less than 3 months before the arrival at Manureva House
full payment is required.
2- The balance is to be sent also by money transfer no later than 3 months before the beginning of the rental.
At both stages you will receive a written confirmation of the transactions and of the booking status.
>>> Please note that there is a mandatory security deposit from US$500 to be paid with the rental that will be returned to you within 30 days after your check out should nothing be broken, damaged or missing during your stay.
